    frick and pizza

Visited the Frick today - perfect rainy day for a trip to the museum. We took the car, found a spot right in front of it! A bit of an un-New York thing to happen.

Saw the Jean-Etienne Liotard - Swiss Master exhibit. This was a pretty amazing illustrator / painter who painted the back of the portrait paintings as well as the front, in order to give the picture a greater sense of depth/highlight.

Stopped for pizza on 1215 Lexington Ave (betw. 82nd and 83rd) - they have a great Pizza (Ray’s Special) - three colors (red, white and green). Crusty crust. Tasty.

In the eve we played bridge with our friends Van and John.
