    Enjoying the good life

Lisa had her portuguese lesson with Wanda. On skype, as usual. Went smoothly.

Next on the agenda, was a trip down to the West Village to an acquaintance’s apartment (in the old Fleischman factory building). Jennifer Tao came and played piano for us - an hour and a half worth of beautiful music on a Steinway piano by a gifted pianist and a lovely person. There were six of us in attendance. A real treat to hear classical music played privately. I felt like a renaissance person.

Next a brisk walk up to Midtown tennis to have a lesson with Byron. Good workout.

Stop at Brooklyn Industries to check out their sale. Thankfully no money spent.

Home for the rest of the afternoon/eve. Ordered in pizza, watched a french movie “Private Fears in Public Places”. Not bad, except the snow continuity sucked. People came in from the snow, and the snow dust never melted off their coats, and their hair was never coated with snow.

    Worked on the puzzle.
