bundle up
It’s Spring, so you may be wondering why I’m asking you to bundle up. I’m talking, of course, about, your Internet, phone, Cable TV service. I am inspired to urge you to call your provider, and as the NYTimes suggests: ASK!
I recently called RCN to upgrade the speed of my Internet service, and asked what kind of discounts they could provide me with. In the end, I am now paying LESS than what I was paying for when I had the slower cable modem speed. I was reminded, however, to call back in a year, ‘cos these discounts would magically disappear, if I didn’t request to have them continued. So, get your discounts and MARK YOUR CALENDARS.
