Can’t wait for the launch of what seems to be an übercool guide to my home city: São Paulo. Tomorrow, April 29, the book launches, along with the website, http://www.totalspguide.com/. According to the (p)reviews, “…every guidebook should be like Total São Paulo…”.
Can’t wait.

Naxos
Naxos at night, as seen from the ferry Blue Star Naxos, that goes from Piraeus (port in Athens) to Astypalaia. This droplet of light and mystique surges in the night, out of nowhere. As the gangplank of the ferryboat descends or ascends a warning song plays: Beethoven’s “Pour Elise”. All a bit surreal…
